IC Colony surroundings are a residential pocket
IC Colony surroundings are a residential pocket, not a second hotel belt. Societies run their own intercoms, security desks, and wing entrances. A companion who could reach an SV Road porch may still be stopped at a colony boom.
Confirm the society's visitor process yourself. Say IC Colony surroundings and withhold the flat number until the person, window, and quote are agreed. Neighbouring labels do not alias this gate.
Read East and West as a railway-and-park split
Borivali East and Borivali West are not two labels for the same last metre, and they are not Andheri's East and West checklist. Here the Western Railway cuts the terminus, and National Park access sits on the eastern side of that cut. West of the tracks, SV Road and many residential approaches behave differently.
That split is routing, not a faster-side promise. A park-edge pin in the East can look close to a West-side SV Road hotel and still need a different sequence after the tracks. For a residence, say East or West and whether it sits after a rail crossing relative to park access or SV Road.

Borivali is the Mumbai hop before the line continues toward Dahisar and Mira Road. If the actual stay is Mira Road or Dahisar, name that place. Do not file it as Borivali because the pin looks nearby.
Kandivali and Malad help when the itinerary moves south; they do not alias a Borivali porch. An evening that stays here uses terminus delays. An evening that continues north adds that hop. Do not borrow a Borivali estimate for Mira Road or Dahisar.
