A Mumbai origin that stays in Mulund is an intra-city last-suburb hop. A hop that continues into Thane leaves Mumbai’s municipal map and starts a neighbouring-city clock. Those two evenings do not share an estimate. Say whether the companion is still leaving Ghatkopar, Bhandup, or Powai, already in Mulund, or whether the evening is actually meant to continue into Thane. If the actual stay is Thane, say Thane.

LBS Marg corridor is a through-route, not a compact porch
LBS Marg is a long named arterial through the eastern suburbs. Addresses along the Mulund stretch can sit far apart in travel time even when they share the corridor name. Naming “LBS Marg” without hotel or residence, and without East or West, still leaves the stretch unclear.
If the door is reached along the LBS Marg corridor, write Mulund, name the corridor as access, and add hotel or residence. Do not stretch the corridor name until it means the station forecourt or the R-Mall area. Leave slack in the start window when this arterial is slow.
Station last metres are a different curb from the corridor
Mulund station is a Central-line last metre: platforms emptying, autos competing for the kerb, and short approaches that look close until the crowd is in the way. The station is orientation, not a meeting script. Do not wait on a platform or at an auto stand, and do not treat the forecourt as a hotel desk.

That range is not a promise for the LBS Marg corridor, the station last metres, or the R-Mall area, and it is not a promise when the companion is still leaving Ghatkopar, Bhandup, or Powai, or when the evening is actually meant to continue into Thane.
Ask for an updated window only after the occupancy, East or West, the door type, and the origin are written. A number offered before that set is a guess. If you have a hard cutoff, state it so the window can be refused early.
